AUTHORIZATION GRANTED BY THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES FOR THE ACQUISITION BY ELICA OF 100% OF THE SHARE CAPITAL OF THE CHINESE SUBSIDIARY PUTIAN
Elica announces that, on July 14, 2025, the necessary authorizations have been obtained from the competent Chinese Authorities and the administrative formalities closed.
